• Send transactional emails (booking confirmation, refund notices, event reminders)

• Event organisers: your name and email are shared with the organiser of events you purchase tickets for, for entry management purposes

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.
